- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If Kelly Steele is working, go somewhere else. She’s dangerous! I have been to The Urgency Room on Ambassador Dr. too many times to count. We have had many positive experiences, and in fact found our current primary doctor there, Dr Day. But we’ve now had several awful experiences with Kelly Steele, who is a NP, not a doctor. Not sure why a doctor isn’t on duty so often. But this review is based on nurse Steele. We will never go there again because of her.November 15, 2017by Mylissa Russell
