  My kids and i normally see Dr. Keenan who I really like and think he's a great Dr but it is nearly impossible to get an appt anymore because of the changes this office has made. The minimum wait for an appt is a month and if you want a same day with a random Dr you have to call at 7am! And hope you get in. Their clinic is a joke! Every single time I've brought my kids it's at least a 2hr wait in the waiting room even when noone is around. At least once I waited 2 hrs during clinic hours because the nurse practitioner wasn't even there when she was suppose to be. When you have a very young child it's hard to keep them occupied that long especially when sick. I'm better off taking them to children's mercy. At least I know they'll get the care they deserve there. Also the last bill I received was nearly $500 for my 1 yr old who was merely looked over and that was it. No test, no swabs,no nothing and $500! Ridiculous. This office needs to switch back how it was before!
