- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited 5 hours for my daughter to be released after being told they were getting her paper work ready, I'll check for you on and on. I finally said I wanted her up front now so they got the supervisor to talk to me. She flat out told me she wasn't being released and I couldn't see her because it was pasted visiting hours. Nice customer relations!!!!!! Now I've been on hold for 20 minutes and no one has picked up the recording!!!!!! I hope the administrator of the hospital sees this message and takes serious notice. Our loved ones are there to be helped and after my two experiences I'm not sure that is happening.March 15, 2017by Nancy carter
