- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Rozella Ranes and Dr. Jeffrey Leurding are both phenomenal doctors, although Dr. Ranes has a tendency to be very late to scheduled appointments. The staff is very caring and nice at this facility. The pharmacists even remember my name and have my prescriptions ready and waiting for me. A major issue and the reason this facility earns 3 stars instead of 5 stars is there is no way to e-mail them, and you cannot leave a voicemail on their phone. The only option you have is to wait until the next day or contact an emergency doctor. Also, the magazines are wack and the water fountain is sometimes broken.
