- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been totally ripped off by Steve Marshall and Allstate! I have been paying for full coverage insurance on my prior salvage titled vehicles for 2 years. When I tried to add another to my policy, someone in the office finally looked it up and told me Allstate doesn't insure prior salvage titled vehicles with full coverage insurance. Ok, what have I been paying for? It was a mistake, I was told, you are due a refund. Two weeks later, the "resolution specialist " said I'm due nothing. Steve Marshall's office says they are not supposed to talk to me. !?! How about that customer service?? I wonder whose pockets I've been lining?June 11, 2017by beth johnston
