  Today my wife was supposed to have her second appointment with this office, where they conduct the detailed scanning of both her legs. She was told after the first consultation that they would need 90 minutes to complete. My wife and I just had our first child 8 weeks ago. She expressed that if it had to be a 90 minute appointment she would need her husband (me) to accompany her to watch after our child. The office agreed and we set an appointment. When we arrived on time for our appointment the first nurse told us there was a scheduling error between their home office and this office location and they would only be able to do one scan. We informed the woman how difficult it is for us to make appoints and the fact that I took off work to be at this appoint. The woman agreed and said they would fit us in. After taking photos and starting the process, an ultrasound technician came in and very rudely stated they were only doing one leg and they would not bump any other client back. After again, explaining the situation to him, he dismissed it and said we would have to come back and it did not matter our situation. My wife became upset at this point and we let him know if we could not continue with our appointment as schedule we would take our business elsewhere. He was dismissive of her and my wife then left. I spoke with office manager informing her of how we were treated. While she did apologize, ultimately no solutions were offered for the appalling treatment this office offered. Our suggestion for anyone looking at this office would be to avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy being demoralized and treated unprofessionally.
