  Absolutely am appalled at this place. We purchased a baby ball python from here about 2 months ago and it passed away today. We were told (and I have proof ) to feed every 5 days. We have never had a baby python before - so we trusted this reputable place. However , 5 days is way too often to feed and our snake started prolapsing. Today it died on the way to a vet. Miles of Exotics ( when we called this morning ) basically told us they can’t do anything to help us. Of course a refund or a replacement cannot fix what’s been done. Don’t trust any trips , tricks , or advice from any of the employees because they might be giving you information on how to kill your pet. UPDATE: we talked on the phone with the owner and he cussed us out saying he “WOULD HAVE” helped us but now he’s not going to because he doesn’t feel obligated to. Never going here. *not saying don’t go there *

  I absolutely love Miles of Exotics! One of my friends recommend it to me so I decided to try it out, I am so happy I did! All of the animals looked healthy and happy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be going back and I recommend them to anyone in need of a great pet store!
