- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been going around with the billing department for months. They keep trying to send us to collections, but on the same "bill" they send us showing a negative balance, it also shows a positive balance that they owe us. For some reason the constantly put our payments on the wrong items, and when we call to get them to fix it they say it will be 6 to 8 weeks before it shows up. After that time, they still don't fix it, and try to send us to collections again. We have tried talking to supervisors, and patient advocate who never returns our calls. We even tried meeting with them while we where in the hospital with our new baby. We had the head person, on our floor, try to get the patient advocate to come see us. Again we still have not heard anything and it has been another 3 weeks. If you can avoid this hospital please do.September 14, 2017by Zac Bulloc
