  how can a children's doctor's office be so damn rude?? I understand times are hard and jobs are hard to come by, but if you are so unhappy and just working for a paycheck there are plenty of office secretaries that don't require you to be a "people person." My wife has gone in this place 3x and each time has received less than satisfactory service. She was told our appointment today was at 9:30a and when she gets there the girl at the front desk tells her that he appointment was at 9:00. Instead of trying to help my wife reschedule, she is very rude and tells her she can't help her out and that she has nothing available and our daughter can't be seen today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? We wait in these damn offices for 45 minutes-2 hours sometimes and we showed up 30 minutes late for our appointment and there's not even an attempt to work us in? Unbelievable service...what ever happened to "customer satisfaction" ???
