  I decided to go to this dentist after hearing rave "reviews" from co-workers. I was pretty disappointed with their service. Especially with Dr. Bagley. I had a appointment with her, I took the time out of MY day, in case she didn't know I work 5 days a week, I got a call from one of her receptionists saying that my appointment was cancelled because she had some "emergency." What a lame excuse and very unprofessional. I've never had any dentist, doctor cancel an appointment on the same day. When I called the office, they didn't bother to get me in to see one of her other sisters/dentists on that same day! At least they could have been more accommodating, and I didn't get an apology for her last minute cancellation. Now, if their policy is to call "24 hours" in advance to cancel appointments/reschedule , shouldn't that work both ways? Also, I had to get extraction done, the hygienist picked out an oral surgeon for me and I remember Dr. Bagley said they were going to see what surgeon works with my insurance that's in network. They picked out the surgeon and scheduled the surgery. Well after a few weeks, I got a bill saying that the surgeon was an out of network doctor. WTH? First, make sure YOU double check to see if whatever dentist, surgeon is an in network doctor, don't rely on what they tell you.

  Very professional and amazing! My son who is 8 had a barbaric pediatric dentist and hasn't been in to see one since. Dr. Fisher and her staff were so unbelievably caring and made his time there comfortable. He didnt even know they stuck him with the needle to numb him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!
