  Do NOT use this “Medical Practitioner”. I refer to Dennison Hamiton as a “Medical Practitioner” because I cannot bear to put the “Dr.” before his name or the “M.D.” after his his name. He should have no right to those titles. Here are the highlights of my experience... -The office staff forgot to submit my treatment to my insurance for approval -When they did, it was denied and they gave up -I had to do the legwork to appeal the denial -The injection was done in an apathetic way and was stopped prematurely because of the pain -I was berated by the doctor for not being able to endure a simple elective procedure Subsequently, I saw a different Physician and received an injection. It was painless, and I feel great. During my initial consultation with the new Physician, he showed me the following notes in Hamilton's records “Slow infiltration was started and stopped after 2cc's because of the patient's overall reaction to the procedure. This was not unexpected because of the number of times he called the office in preparation for this epidural”. To clarify, I only called his office twice, and both times were insurance related. What difference should that make anyway? There is a reason why he is in a solo practice. What Surgeon would be willing to partner with this man?
