- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Dr. Grayson for a couple of years, good bedside manner, seems like a good guy. Earlier this month I had an appointment for 3:15, got there at 3, was in the office waiting for the doctor by 3:05. After initial review with the nurse, I sat there. And waited, and waited, and waited. By 4:15 I wondered what was going on so I popped out, the receptionist was very rude. Waited another 10 minutes, nurse came on, was apologetic (she is really nice), but also simply offered excuses. I get that things come up, but the lack of communication, in any sense, before I showed up, while I was there, etc. is unacceptable. We all are busy, and to leave me sitting for over an hour..... I am the guy that tries to be low maintenance, and now I have to find a new doctor.....June 15, 2017by Mark McCullough
