- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The scheduling staff are typically pretty pleasant to work with - very nice and fairly knowledgeable. That said, getting a procedure scheduled here has been quite the undertaking. In the beginning it took a few days to get records transferred and authorizations with insurance, which I understand takes some time. However, after all that was complete, it was a giant game of phone tag. I would call and leave a message and hear nothing for a few days, so I'd call again and was told it would be a couple more days until someone gets back to me. A majority of the time I'm the one trying to make contact. I'm not entirely sure why there's such a delay, but it's been 3 weeks since the initial conversation and I'm still no closer to getting the procedure done, let alone scheduled. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere if you have the ability to do so. It's really not worth the headache.March 08, 2017by Brian Foster
