- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Dr. Cicero and honestly had the best experience yet with a doctor. Very attentive and understanding. I felt comfortable around him and after many experiences with other doctors in the North land I am confident I will be sticking with him. As far as my 4 -star rating, that would be due to the extremely POOR staff. I was weary about making an appointment when I spoke with one of the staff to schedule an appointment and she seemed annoyed by my call and general questions. Once I got to the office, the staff didn't acknowledge I had walked in for 2-3 minutes which doesn't seem like much, but it is when your standing in front of 3 people doing nothing but staring at their computer monitors. Then I saw the nurse who raised her eyebrows multiple times at me while I was answering her questions honestly which was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. All in all the Doctors are great but deserve a much better staff to support them and their patients.November 05, 2017by Haley Roe
