- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was treated in the ER for a broken, infected tooth. The DR in the ER was great. HOWEVER, I have spent the past 2 months trying to get a universal billing form for my insurance. I have got the worst run around ever. I first filled out their form online. That went nowhere. I called only to be told I need to speak to someone else. I have called that number 14 times and No one answers. I will go in person. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TRIP THERE. I WILL DIE BEFORE I GO THROUGH ALL THIS AGAIN HORRIABLE PATIENT SERVICE.February 21, 2017by Rusty Nichols
